Hello,

I have been trying to contact you guys through e-mail, messaging through your site and by phone for the last few weeks with no response.

I ordered a Black Scale tee in early February off Mauve Online and I have yet to receive the product. And you guys have also already charged my credit card twice for this order, because I spoke to my bank last week.

I did receive a call from one of your reps by phone saying that you needed to charge my credit card again because it was declined at first. I obliged and allowed you guys to charge my card without realizing I had been charged twice already.

I would like you guys to resolve this situation immediately by:

1) Shipping me out my Black Scale tee

2) Refund the extra charge made on my credit card

3) If you do not comply with my request I will have my bank contact you so I can get a full refund for both the charges made on my credit card.
